I suspected CE would do this and here he states it plain as day. However, even I never dreamed we would be destroyed by doing it at $1.
The Canadian IPO was done at $1.73 so he's shitting hard on those Nth American investors also.
This is more and more a lifestyle company and I believe the board would struggle to justify that their actions in capital raising have been in the interests of shareholders.
I suspected CE would do this and here he states it plain as day....
