Sophs who get the raise get 100%
Retail who missed out get 80% tops.
Should have been a rights issue IMO and they could have underwritten it if necessary with their instos... not like the funds were desperately needed short term.
The raise was effectively at 94c after costs over 20% discount to VWAP.
