i think we need to remove the emotions and think laterally. CE might piss us all off, but it's not just him calling the shorts. There is a reason to this sudden dilutive funding and I'm not sure if we will ever really find out why.

and how can Jay be some kind of lieing insider, he hasn't even told us anything juicy enough to minimize the damage this CR without explanation has done
