If i had to take a guess, definately to entice more Sophs / Investors over at America / Canada at a cheap enough entry too hard to ignore?
Also has an element of looking after their mates who want to increase positions substantially on the cheap.
Got a feeling they have got plently of news lined up including this unsolicited offer which they can announce shortly afterthe raise.
Dont get me wrong, i'm fuxked over by this cheap raise myself as i'm 80-90% invested in HCH so will be personally seeing a MASSIVE haircut on open.
But i also have funds saved up in the event something like this happened.
