Perhaps the BHP bid for Anglo America's copper assets has spurred a Glencore or someone similar to lob a play for extra ownership of HCH? I doubt it would be for anything over the current share price, but hopefully at not a significant discount.
Given it has already been completed, I would imagine it may have been an approach externally, rather than CE cap in hand.
