At least no options will be provided this time around. Also the raise is mid point, smart move. If they had raised at 0.005 the sophisticated investors will have likely only made their money back with no bonus options, so no incentive. But now when the SP likely falls back to 0.005 they make a small profit if they decide to sell immediately. I'm sure retail investors will lap up the opportunity to get more at 0.005 so I guess it's a win/win. Though still not personally happy with the extra dilution.
