If what your saying is true and I personally don't doubt it, and I do understand a company needs to survive, but then it is a case of sacrificing shareholders with huge dilution, and giving a few so called sophisticated the spoils and probably sell again and suppress the share price.
What was a promising company FNT has turned into a dilution sadsack case in LNR imo
