Again, you are dead right. They have treated retail with contempt. But you will do anything to survive and when you need money quick, you have to go to the sophs. It was imperative they raised quickly and that was the only way to do it fast, it got LNR where they are now. I really believe if they had not done the deal with the boys they would not be breathing. They were put on life support and now they have strong pulse. The next raise, again has to happen quickly so they can get the ball rolling. To offer it to retail will be too slow, but the SP will drop when a few take quick profit, and just like before that will give retail the chance to jump on some more. Then we see the drill results and we are up and running and if you held you can sell when you have a nice fat profit.
