I will look further into this, but if what you say is correct, well this may well be legal but how is it in the interest of shareholders ?
So earl grey not owned by LNR but buy INYATI CAPITAL AND LNR DIRECTORS?, And LNR HAS TO SPEND $10MIN EXPLORATION TO HET A 50%STAKE???
As I see it, the only ones benefiting from this is INYATI CAPITAL AND LNR DIRECTORS???
