I hate to break it to you, but no matter how good the earl grey is farm-ins require consideration, either capital, cash or some combination of both. if you are only working this out now it may be worth your while just learning and listening a little rather than talking.
The issue of who owned to property is a different matter and I do have some difficulty with it. However LNR is a listed company, has (some) capital, an experienced board and presents an opportunity to monetise the assets. The key is that the Board must take all stakeholders into consideration.
