In my opinion I believe buying into the lease in this manner is a way of limiting risk and immediate cash burn for the following reasons: - The original owner maintaining 30% provided the incentive for them to let go of the lions share - Amount of cash required up front is reduced -Provides the opportunity for them to pull out if the results aren't great which further strengthens the second point.
I encourage you to read the announcements and not follow other posters blindly - which you have admitted by stating you didn't read the announcement.
Now just to get my thoughts straight: - You don't read the announcements - You don't own the stock - You don't post original arguments or ideas like other non-holders (I support open discussion from non-holders) So what's your reason to continue posting?
