SB1, it is literally a farm-in agreement. Stock standard, common practice, etc etc.DYOR. I would be surprised if anyone else doesn't understand this. Perhaps check out any number of other farm-ins that have been undertaken in the last XX years and get your head around them. Once you understand the metrics I am sure you will realise you are not only wasting your time clinging to an imaginary outrage but you are also wasting others time. I only say this as a sincere person wanting you to further your understanding as I'm sure you will encounter this over and over again if you continue to take an interest in stocks.
