Done a bit of digging here, LNR are farming in to acquire 70% of the tenement from "Gondwana Resources LTD ACN 008 915 311"
I thought i recongnised the name Gondwana, an asx listed mining exploration company now delisted ASX company with the previous code / ticker GDA.
"Delisted" below says about Gondwana Resources LTD "we understand this company failed and ASX removed the company from listing because its securities have not been quoted for more than three years"
"Shareholders in this company should consider crystallising a capital loss in 2023/24 by selling their shares" says "Delisted"
Interestingly Gondwana Resources LTD the company LNR are doing the farm in agreement with has a ACN 008 915 311, and when Gondwana Resources delisted from ASX they had a ABN number 72 008 915 311 ?
I wonder if these are the same company, the dates look almost exact when changed name from Gondwana Resources NL to Gondwana Resources LTD
