I have Lithium is way out of favour at the moment, prices are low and there appears to be a glut.
Uranium looks to be the one in favour atm.
Ever Since Samcharlotte77 post this morning about the farm in, I was interested to find a little about it and why LNR imo have to spend do much ($10m ) to earn a 50% stake., especially given LNR are los priced and limited cash, Let's hope something good comes out of this for LNR holders.
It would be interesting to know the initial purchase price of this lease,
