Possibly they are simply putting together a deal to effectively factor the R&D rebate they would get for FY24? In Vic you can get it at low interest/discount as it is Treasury money rates. Otherwise it is far more expensive but gets you thru for awhile while you hopefully deliver depression results that are positive!
