Fund..capital ....same thing
It ran up for the same reason 99% of stocks get pushed up before a cap raising
If you want people to participate at 3c, the bigger the discount they think they are getting, the more likely they are to participate
Only, in 99% of cases, the stock falls back to or below the cap raise price before they can even sell
I suspect that is what will happen here
