This CR could be for multiple purposes. Will wait for more details. Assuming entire CR is used for financing book, 4M would mean that they can finance 33M of loan book.

I will let @521207126 tell you where he got the info from but it looks legitimate to me.
Not matter what the usage of the funds it's still dilution and you, me & others owning 18% less of the company. A company that I paid way more than 8c per share for.
Not something that seems to quell your eternal optimism.
