    I will let @521207126 tell you where he got the info from but it looks legitimate to me.
    Not matter what the usage of the funds it's still dilution and you, me & others owning 18% less of the company. A company that I paid way more than 8c per share for.
    Not something that seems to quell your eternal optimism.
