I have spoken with Simon a few times and he indicated if the opportunity arose they would be happy to purchase the 25% share held by their Chinese partner at a fair price.
We don't know if NAIF see the Chinese 25% as a stumbling block and they certainly wouldn't admit that in public if it was.
what is Albanese current stance on China ?
I guess existing shareholders could ring NAIF and ask them direct to see what they say.
