Wowee, I have never seen anything like this.
I’d suggest to shareholders to keep and eye on whether Jay Albany, DCF Global or any related entities take up any of this offer. If he happens to produce any spare cash to ‘support’ this extraordinary share dilution it then this would represent beyond unconscionable conduct from the board as to why they weren’t an upfront payment on their ‘sale deal’.
