Just from the ones I know for sure are supporting change I count 70 million [roughly] votes in the top 20, there are several I don't know Merchant biofund with 10 million being one of them. But I'm sure some of those if not all will support the proposed changes. So with that in mind I think the incumbent board would be foolish not to see the writing on the wall.
But people sometimes do foolish things, even smart ones.
