Raising $1m (200m shares) at 0.005c (sorry typo in my previous post) to sophs, reserving a right to oversubscribe to $1.25m.
Then SPP to raise further $1.5m
I don’t intend to participate as I find the management has been a real disappointment for me, and secondly this cr not much of a discount offered based on the current price so not worth taking part. I feel the sp will fall below the cr price.
