    I never really thought debt was an option for either ven or mel. They both have prepayments in place with AGL, alongside their own debts (e.g. PURE asset debt for VEN and Glennon/private debt for MEL). Thus if we toook on more debt would need to repay both of these within a few years, whilst also needing to move out of ‘appraisal’ into production.

    However, I will be participating in this MEL raise because even with low flow rates we are around break even at the moment, this improvements/remediation to vali has upside, along with any future odin wells that are successful
