Possible/probable?
Raise capital in USA to purchase 50% of SM71 (and Lightning?) at prices not possible in Oz.
May have already sounded out wealthy GOM families to make sure strategy (USA listing with possible Otto asset purchase) is viable.
New strategy necessary (at least in part) due to failure of SM58 campaign to generate sufficient cash to buy Otto assets (if BYE wants to BUY).

If any of this is true, this may set a timeframe for Otto Asset Sale (of interest to Otto shareholders).
Time will tell!
