as above, some of the directors have sold, but... the most important two have not, which, in the end is what matters the most considering they hold almost 1/5 of the company.
As you mention, OBM has been a very impressive turnaround, yet as I have posted before, I think PNR can/should out perform OBM due to it's tenements and current MRE is multiples of OBM.
For clarity, in my earlier post, I type 'done', instead of 'down'... sigh.
Looks pretty clear that the terms of the raising are as forebearance posted early this morning.
