Maybe check the day rates to get a rig, not very much……
They are exploring for gas not building a nuclear power plant….
They wouldn’t raise money at this stage to complete
the project as that would be putting the horse before the cart.
The politics is the problem with the project, but it’s been approved before and of course opposition existed back then.
