They need to keep demonstrating ability to source funding as a condition of what they're trying to do with PEP11
Breeze made this very clear previously and it was written in the documentation surrounding their application
BPH only raises small chunks at a time, so it appears to be an exercise to show financial support, not a NEED for money per se.
