Capital Raise,
Got asked to participate in this raise as the funds will be used to top up our bank account so as to prove that BPH has easily got access to funds for if/when we get to approval and head the drill.
Remember Scomo used the lack of available funds as part of his reasoning to knock it back last time, which of course was overruled by the courts.
It is only 50M shares at 2c with 2:1 BPHOB.
Unfortunate, but necessary.
