    Sadly I think PEP11 dead, neither political party has the balls to approve it as there interests come before the people. I’m guessing BPH are going to make an acquisition in the foreseeable future. My negativity is because it makes common sense and is beneficial and would help the average person by saving in energy costs. Governments are not allowed to allow projects which may help the average person and run the risk of running on budget, not 3 times more than originally projected. I rather pay the fine than vote these days as both parties are only in it for themselves. Australia not what it used to be and getting worse quickly
