    I got the impression that they wanted the last raise done and dusted ASAP, without the time and hassle of casting the net wide. Possibly the same here. Besides, looking at the price now, a tap on the shoulder for those who coughed up at 1.4 seems kinda reasonable. Thank you and all that.
