The placement in May 23 was for $20M @ $1.00, a 5% discount to 10-day VWAP of $1.05.
The placement in Sept 22 was for $24m @ 80 cents, a 6.4% discount to LAST CLOSING PRICE of 85.5 cents.
So what will the price be?
5% discount to 10-day VWAP of $2.14 (approx 11 cents) = $2.03
6.4% discount to last close of $2.12 (approx 14 cents) = $1.98
