Like i said, you can sook about it or learn from it, the warning signs have been there for nearly 2 years now that this stock was dying, it didn't take a genius to know after the last raise they'd almost certainly be raising again in the future at much lower prices, highly probable they'll be raising again in the future at much lower prices after this raise too.
Most people lose money in the markets, those who make it long term learn from their mistakes, most people keep repeating them until they throw their arms in the air and walk away losers crying that it's all manipulated and unfair. The choice is yours
