Well i guess i agree with you on whoever went short is also participating in the placement... I also very much agree that nothing can be done so play the game or get out. But i'd bet my left nut it wasn't highly paid analysts doing sums and more likely a "want to make some easy money" phone call... Not that any of it matters anyway!! As you said play the game or leave!!
