US already does its own genetically modified (spike protein) RNA virus research aka Bioweapons aka Gene therapy aka "Vaccine" (once they changed the definition of what a vaccine is...).
Except for the research Fauci offshored............so no need for tariffs there.
Thats a massive tariff hike to try and prevent the tsunami of Chinese EV's coming into the US.....full of dirty Indonesian Ni.
