doesn't anyone find the timing curious with the budget being released tomorrow. as many have mentioned, doesn't quite make sense with the amount of funds they have access to to raise at this MC/SP. if this is indeed just a standard and badly executed raise I'll be considering selling up and moving on, however if it's something connected to a budget announcement, there might still be hope for a good outcome for shareholders... time will tell
