They need a real justification in doing this or the SP will bleed 10, 20 or 30%.
Unless it is an out of the blue surprise, this makes no sense to raise a few million here or there if you have a fully funded production increase plan.
Obviously, it is best to take it positively. But I think they are short of infrastructure and need to build up more. The 120 million was for the production/ well investment not for distributing or connecting the capacity
