If QPM raise at a discount,then they are clearly in breach of ASX listing rule 3.1A.2 that is-"the request for information to be confidential"
this is supported by evidence in the 100% increase in short positions from April 30th to May 7th. One would think they would not be so stupid to move forward with a CR at a discount , when there is clearly evidence to support the fact that they are a leaky ship !
