I too had some hope when reading 'considering' but sadly they used the same phrase for the previous CR! :-(
But I hold the hope that an opportunity/unsolicited proposal has cropped up and this CR is related to something new and positive, as opposed to simply keeping the lights turned on. Hopium? Maybe? But the alternative is to think management are taking the p__s and I honestly don't think that's going on. Not long to find out...
