I agree and would like to add the following: the appendix 5B of the last quarterly was filled out correctly imo. If "estimated quarters of funding available" is less than 2 quarters, all questions under paragraph 8.8 have to be answered. As QPM was cash flow positive in the last quarter, they did not have to answer the questions. Regarding the appendix 5B I cannot sense any fraud.
The CR surprised me, too. I do hope for all of you (especially for a friend of mine, who is still invested) that QPM has got a very good (positive) reason for the CR.
