What are these guys playing at? They have $3 million + AGC shares.
Retail holders were just diluted by close to 25% with the addition of 75,000,000 shares given to FMG.
Deals aside, if this is not at a premium OR if retail investors can't participate (at a discount with free attaching options) then this is a kick in the teeth to them.
It's probably a major or some insto investors that have seen what's occurred with AGC and now want a piece of the pie at mates rates/before news is released.
