The Delin deal was at a 40+% premium. If they do something similar here then no one will be complaining. If, however, it's at a discount then long term retail shareholders should be given the opportunity to participate. Not that difficult since funds aren't needed urgently. Most use the "we went the insto route because funds were needed quickly" excuse which isn't the case here.
MAG is supposed to be AGC's big brother from what I understand, therefore, more favourable terms than the Delin deal one would assume.
