Another CR, this is a good lesson to some though why you probably shouldn't put a house deposit on a non-producer, there's nothing wrong with just a few hundred dollars or a thousand or 2, when the price is low enough to make holdings like that rewarding, but the risk is high where you could also get 70, 80% of your money sand papered.
When you put a house deposit on non-producers, it can be sometimes a lot of money down the drain, and this is when you need to ask yourself are you willing to lose a couple of years salary on a risky play?
You got nearology plays in WA rocketing again at far earlier stages, however if they don't find something economically feasible or their grades turn out to be no good or the intercepts are too thin, it can really turn brutal there too, unless if you get lucky, WA can be like looking for a needle in a haystack sometimes. Imo.
Here it's just purely a funding issue, the resource is absolutely magnificent and could outlive those as young as 20.
