Given the ATM facility could provide more funds with better conditions than this latest CR, you've got to ask whether there has been a breakdown in the relationship with Acuity. Perhaps management weren't impressed to discover Acuity was also shorting the stock?Really bizarre they didn't draw down the entire ATM first given the built-in discount. Perhaps they can only draw down in installments and needed the extra cash?
It's all very strange.
