If this discussion was taking place 12 or even 6 months ago, everyone would agree that there had to be something else (such as a cornerstone investor) coming as part of the Capital Raise.
Given the last few months I think even seasoned investors are in shock and don't know what to think.
Very difficult to make informed rational investment decisions, if you start to entertain the notion that the only logical explanation is that JP is off with the fairies.
