    I just do not see the need for this c/r, Surely as long as they keep 5 mill of the 20 mill on deposit that fulfills the loan terms.
    It would be interesting to know who gets these cheap shares now that most of the risk is gone.
    Perhaps a last chance for mates to get on board.
    Still if this is the case, it shows the only way is up, and those shares might stay in sticky fingers for a bit longer than the usual quick burst,then dump.
