Not advise but management quality is key for the success of any company so if you think this group is poor save yourself the angst, protect your capital and find an investment with a team you are confident in!
Personally although it holds a relatively small place in my portfolio I have enjoyed every moment of holding this stock from the SEI day because of the continually progress made by management generally on a shoe string budget. I'm backing them to make both mines profitable (in one of the hardest mining sectors to do so) and if we see a serious increase in tungsten prices then this company has potential for outstanding returns imo.
