Not often I agree with Rob but why not an SPP indeed! Sure, I can likely buy more shares at or near the issue price but not those very generous options it seems! Why not? And whilst I agree with and understand the need for the CR, why the massive discount and why the overly generous options? Were they in a hurry? Otherwise, a smaller discount over a longer period may well have met their initial $6M target? I will chalk this up as a first personal strike against management and their first misstep in my eyes at least.
