It was a year later (2021) when Kaiser Reef moved their main focus to Victoria.

The Stuart Town tenements are pretty close to Alkane's activity - maybe there is something stirring in the area.

With enough in kitty to keep things going in Victoria, I think there might be something else in play to warrant more capital.
