It won’t make a different with increased shares on issue as long as the sophs hold them tight and don’t sell in the weeks after like CPS did with our first raise. That was a nightmare and kept us red for weeks. I am sure this would be in the terms of the successful raise candidate. Management likely learnt from the issues from our first raise with CPS and do not want a repeat. This is proof that it doesn’t matter about the raise price and shares on issue. Even low ones can cause negative issues if it is partnered with the wrong people!
