to instil market confidence imo raise should be at a premium with a positive structure that benefits holders .

my guesses of raise reason .

1, pressure . it looked like with the volume more than one interested party with cash and this was the safest way .

2 , recent results where not positive and they want more cash to fully drill out the new targets stress free so raising here makes sense to relieve street even though they said they would not

3, we got our pants pulled down just incase of reason 2,

I am hoping for a premium to not just an insto but another player in the space
